One of the few early steps before you start to trade or invest on the Webull platform is to deposit some funds into your account.

Without funding your account, you won’t be able to start building your portfolio on Webull.

How to Deposit Money into Webull

To deposit money into your Webull account, you’ll need to make sure you’re logged in.

Once you’ve logged in you can transfer money within the application or on the web version.

Method #1: ACH Transfer

ACH transfers is a method where you can link a Bank Account to your Webull account.

Once you confirm the linkage, you can deposit a maximum up to $50,000. That transfer will take about 3 to 5 business days for the funds to settle in – it typically takes 5 business days.

Method #2: Wire Transfer

Webull also allows wire transfers. Wire transfers are the fastest way to get funds into your account, as it takes only 2 business days. International wire transfers may still take 5 business day.s

This extremely helpful if you’re trading options. The only con is that it takes a little bit of manual work.

You’ll have to go to your bank and request a wire transfer. Webull will provide you with all the information to fill out on the request.

Once the wire transfer has confirmed and sent you a confirmation number, you’ll need to take a screenshot of it for proof.

You’ll head back to the Webull website and notify them, and fill out a form to give them some information about where the money is coming from.

Can you Deposit Money into Webull Instantly?

When you deposit money into Webull via ACH method, you’ll get instant buying power on your account while you’re deposit funds are settling.

With instant buying power, you’ll be able trade stocks, ETFs, and cryptocurrency with your instant buying power.

You will not be able to use it to trade options. For option trading, you’ll need to wait until your funds have fully settled.

If you do a wire transfer, you do not get instant buying power.
